Workstation & Kanban

In assembly engineering, the manual workplace is considered to be the most flexible means of production. It has a large influence on economic efficiency and the quality of the production. It must be repeatedly adapted to changing assembly tasks and processes, without people losing sight of people with their characteristics and skills. 

The ergonomic design, which promotes health, performance, stamina, concentration and last but not least the motivation of employees, goes hand-in-hand with precisely positioned material provision (for example, by kanban) as well as feed and removal, suitable positioning of the workpiece, tools and media (example: compressed air), adequate lighting and energy supply.
