MiniTec has developed an innovative concept for customized systems based on standardized manufacturing cells. These are self-contained boxes that always have the same dimensions and a uniform basic structure, but are equipped with different functions and technologies depending on the specific tasks.
At the trade fair, MiniTec will showcase an exemplary system based on this approach.
MiniTec conveyor systems made of steel and stainless steel are the ideal solution when high load capacity, special hygiene requirements, or operation in demanding environments are essential – for example, under extreme temperatures, acids, or chemicals. Such requirements are particularly common in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

MiniTec SmartAssist opens up completely new possibilities for interactive employee support. This worker assistance system enhances performance not only at assembly workstations, but also at packing and picking stations in warehouses and shipping, enabling faster learning of processes and providing individualized support during work.
It guides employees step by step through their tasks, displaying the required activities on a screen using text, graphics, or photos. There are various options for process support and interaction, as the system is modular in design. A special feature is the intuitive editor, MiniTec SmartEdi, which allows customers to create their own work instructions quickly and easily.
