The enclosed extraction system captures vapours and aerosols directly at their source. Perforated rear panels and additional ceiling-mounted extraction vents also remove thermally rising contaminants safely and efficiently. Thanks to a high air exchange rate, hazardous substances are diluted and discharged directly outdoors. A carefully engineered laminar airflow guides the air away from the operator at all times. For maximum operational safety, the system continuously monitors its performance. If the required exhaust air volume falls below the specified threshold, the operator is immediately alerted by both visual and audible warning signals.

Aljoscha Buch, MiniTec design engineer and firefighting expert, comments: „Hazardous substances are reliably captured within the enclosed extraction area and safely removed by a precisely coordinated exhaust air system. The laminar airflow directs the air away from the operator, while the extraction volume automatically adjusts according to the opening position of the front sliding door. This ensures maximum protection without adding any extra steps to the daily workflow..“
